Driving my new Accord from Orlando to Boone NC and stopped over for a day in a Savannah. My tire pressure indicator came on and stayed on while driving back from the beach on the Tybee road. Bought a 2009 Honda pilot. The car runs very well even though there seems to be an issue with the navigation system. That will time out and display a message saying DVD disc read error. Took the car to the service center today and they did diagnostics test on it and it seems that the dealership will not cover the cost of $1000 to replace the unit. Very disappointed. I understand it's a used car over 100,000 miles on it but thank Honda should replace it at their cost
I really had a great and simple experience at SMH. They were knowledgable about the products, accommodating to my schedule, responsive, and easy to work with. I also really appreciated that they were pretty hands off and allowed me to identify when I was ready for more information or to move toward the next steps of getting a new car. I have a major aversion to dealerships who call and call and call you over and over again and ask for 27 different surveys. This was not that dealer and I had a really pleasant experience.

Darryl Smith got me a quick appointment on short notice and told me ahead of time the approx. price for the 60K miles service and the time that it will take for the service to be completed. Darryl also and to my surprise was able to get me a “loaner” to run a few personal errands rather than waiting for my car.
I drove from Metter for my appointment at 7:30 am and waited outside the locked gate until an unknown employee opened the first gate. Darryl opened the service gate and the good experience began.
