We are looking for a full time BDC Manager who will be responsible for successfully handling all internet leads, phone calls, and unsold follow up. You will also set appointments for customers with our Sales Department.
Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming sales calls. Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone. Schedule sales appointments. Reschedule no show customers. Contact customers based on current marketing incentives. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Job requirements: Please have a positive, energetic personality and possess a strong work ethic. High School Diploma required. You must be a team player with a professional appearance. Must be a customer service oriented individual with strong organization, computer, and phone skills. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
